Driven by ambition and a desire to grow beyond the kitchen, she transitioned into client-facing roles with Starwood Hotels, embracing the dynamic world of sales and relationship management.
Her curiosity and adaptability soon led her to executive search, where she combined her deep industry knowledge with a natural flair for connecting with people. From humble beginnings, she went on to build and lead the Hospitality & Allied Services practice for leading international recruitment firms.
Today, she leads the team from the front and enjoys working on senior mandates.
